Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Zer0 account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from the App

  1. Open the Zer0 app on your device
  2. Go to Profile (bottom navigation)
  3. Tap on Settings
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm your decision by entering your password
  6. Tap Delete My Account

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email to support@c0r.ai with:

  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Include: The email address associated with your account

We will process your request within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile information and email address
  • All food photos and meal logs
  • Nutrition tracking history and statistics
  • Health goals and preferences
  • Progress photos and measurements
  • All personalization data

Important Information

Please Note

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Your data will be completely removed within 30 days
  • You will not be able to recover any data after deletion
  • If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first

Data Retention

After you request account deletion:

  • Your account is immediately deactivated
  • Your data enters a 30-day deletion queue
  • After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our systems
  • Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes
